We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star.

The location in the heart of BGC is excellent. Additionally, the staff were consistently respectful and courteous throughout my visit. I also found the breakfast to be outstanding, particularly with the variety of options provided on the daily menu. Thank you for the excellent service.

Staff was very friendly! All of them we saw were helpful and great. We got an upgrade which was nice after 26 hours of traveling. Hotel and rooms were nice amd updated and clean.

The complimentary breakfast was nice. You have several options. The staff is friendly and everyone says good morning. I love that there is a gate with a security guard. The property is nice and green. Pools are cleaned daily. It has a real resort feel with "white glove" treatment. I will return again!!!
