“Lovely hotel, great and clean facilities and great breakfast. Staff are also incredibly lovely, and a nice touch to have small treats left in the room most days after servicing. A shame that the pool by the gym closed so early (5pm) and that despite not being busy at all (no one else was at the restaurant and it was off-peak timing), we weren't allowed to get a starter or snack at the beachside restaurant - we were told it was a 'gourmet experience' and so only main meals were allowed.”

“Outstanding property and stay - perhaps service can be improved a bit more. There was a bit of miscommunication re towel replacement and water refill.
Lastly, I would encourage the hotel to review its policies regarding smoking (particularly cigars) in outdoor dining areas, as well as the display of sexually suggestive content around the pool, especially considering the presence of young children.”
