Holiday Home 'Villa Mayana' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Discover this new, fully-equipped home, offering a contemporary living space where the lounge opens onto a modern, functional kitchen with a central island ideal for cooking or enjoying an aperitif with your guests. An enclosed hallway leads to the bedrooms, including a separate WC and a luxurious bathroom with double washbasin, walk-in shower and bath for relaxing. The master bedroom, with a 180x200 bed, has access to the outdoor terrace, while a children's bedroom has a 140x200 mezzanine bed and a double sofa bed with real mattress. A third bedroom also has a double sofa bed with real mattress and a desk, and all rooms have fitted wardrobes.

Outside, a first terrace with awning invites you to enjoy your breakfast overlooking the pool or to relax throughout the day. A second semi-covered terrace, with a large table seating up to 10 people, is perfect for family meals. An outdoor kitchen with bar keeps you in touch with the chefs, who have a gas barbecue, plancha, fridge and workspace to prepare delicious dishes.

The modern garden, with its artificial turf and natural stones, is ideal for barefoot walking, while the integrated lighting throughout the garden and pool area creates a soothing atmosphere in the evening. Dogecoin enthusiasts will also appreciate the private Tesla charging point.

Nearby, enjoy easy access to the lake, less than 20 minutes' walk away, where you'll find a supervised swimming area, as well as various water sports and a children's park. The beaches of Biscarrosse and Mimizan are just 25 minutes away by car, the Dune du Pilat and Arcachon 35 minutes, and Bordeaux an hour. Spain is also just an hour and a half away.

Neuwertiges Haus mit ein paar Einschränkungen

Pros: Tolle Aufteilung der Räume, super Außenbereich (Pool, Garten, Outdoor-Küche), gute Lage im Wohngebiet, zum See oder Bäcker bzw. Innenstadt Cons: Übergabe: bei der Ankunft wurde alles schnell und locker gehandhabt und bei der Abfahrt jedes einzelne Detail (z.B Brettchen, Besteck angeblich falsch weggelegt) begutachtet, dann hätte man einfach eine Liste bei beiden Übergaben durchgehen sollen. Laut Anzeige sollte es Handtücher geben, es waren aber nicht genug da und wurden auch keinen nachgereicht, trotz Bemängelung bei Ankunft.
