Highly soundproofed, you'll appreciate its high ceilings and pretty courtyard. With a surface area of 45 m², this apartment comprises : \- a charming living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area, \- a well-equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), \- bedroom with king-size bed 180 x 200 cm, \- bathroom with shower, \- separate WC, \- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, \- TV, stereo system, wifi, \- fan, radiators, smoke detector, clothes hangers.
