You'll love this warm, well-appointed home. Access to the house is via a lovely common room with sofa. There will be one bedroom with a double bed on the 1st floor and the other two bedrooms (double bed and single bed) are on the 2ᵉ floor after the staircase. There are two bathrooms, a courtyard and a well-equipped kitchen.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and location. It is located :
- close to various restaurants;
- a 5-minute walk from shops for your daily needs;
- 550 m from metro line 14.

## Emplacement
The 13th arrondissement of Paris is known for its Asian district, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians and Laotians met. The north of the arrondissement is more "classical" and includes important institutions such as the Bibliothèque Nationale de France and the district of the Olympiades.
It also has the advantage of being near the Montparnasse station known to be surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
