Exceptional Location : Rue de Rennes (corner with rue du Vieux Colombier).
The flat is located in a “golden triangle”, at equal distance from Saint-Germain des Prés’ Church, Saint-Supice’ Church and the Bon Marché. With its livy streets, the apartment benefits from many facilities just down the building (tube station, bus, supermarket) and is at six minutes walking distance from the Luxembourg garden.
Luxury Residence: The apartment, whose surface is 90 square meters, is made up with two bedrooms, a wide living room/dining room, an equiped kitchen (oven, dish washer, microwave), a bathroom (washing-machine and dryer) and separate water-closet. It is located on the 3rd floor (US speaking) with elevator, light and absolutely quiet (patio and garden). It is a high standing apartment (typical woodfloor, molding, fireworks) with concierge . As I travel a lot, please confirm availability before booking.The entrance door is equipped with a keypad and security video.

8 night Paris vacation
This flat is excellent. 3 of us spent 8 nights. There are 2 large bedrooms and a very spacious living/dining area. The kitchen is very well designed and equipped. The separate bathroom-toilet rooms make is very efficient for a group to get ready for the day. It was very quiet throughout our stay. Many major sites are within a 20-minute walk, and bus and metro stops are right outside the door. There are several bistros/cafes within one block of the property. Flight cancellations caused us to arrive almost 8 hours late, but our host was there to meet us and make us feel very welcome. Any issues we had were dealt with very efficiently. We will certainly plan to stay here on our next visit to Paris.

Spacious apartment in our favorite neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, where 3 of us spent ten nights in May. The location is great, with the metro (St-Sulpice), shops, grocery stores, and cafés all just steps away. St-Germain-des-Prés and St-Sulpice itself are also within a few blocks. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the kitchen and bathrooms (the toilet is in its own space) are modern (though the shower stall could use a shelf!). Most importantly (to us), the apartment truly does have two real bedrooms (not lofts, not alcoves), each of which has a door. The apartment is quiet, though not brightly lit - it has windows on two different courtyards, with no frontage on a street. However, the parquet is as squeaky as noted in prior reviews -- impossible to move around without making noise (except in the kitchen and bathrooms, which are tiled). The beds are both quite firm, which personally we found uncomfortable. We also had issues with the water heater, which provides both heat and hot water. It required a reset at the start and end of our stay in order to function. All in all, next time we need an apartment with two bedrooms, we would certainly consider this one again.

Great location, spacious apartment
Overall, this was a very positive experience. It’s a fantastic and very central location, although the apartment itself is situated on a large avenue. You walk-through a courtyard and the apartment itself is completely quiet and you would never know that its entrance is on a busy street. The apartment itself is a very comfortable size, and the architecture is typically Parisian and lovely. Bathrooms were updated and the shower had good pressure. The bedrooms were very large by Paris standards and the mattresses were comfortable. I stayed here with my father, who is in his late 70s, and it was a very comfortable stay for him, as well. The owner has gone to a lot of trouble to make sure that it has everything that you might need, with the exception of washing machine detergent, which we didn’t wind up using it anyway. On the downside, there is less natural light than the pictures show and it is a bit dark during the daytime. We hardly stayed inside during the day, so it was not a problem for us. The only other negative is that they were not able to house our suitcases earlier than our check-in the way hotels or other rentals are usually able to. It was really inconvenient to arrive early in the morning and have to find a place to store our luggage while we waited for check-in in the afternoon. The decor could use some updating and the sofa bed in the living room was damaged and a bit shabby, although you could still sit in it. Overall, a very positive experience.

Large, attractive apartment across from sensor piece.
Large, attractive apartment across from St Sulpice. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The floor to ceiling windows permit a lot of light. They overlook central courtyards so that the apartment is notably quiet. The location by St Sulpice is central, but does not feel crowded or touristy.

Beautiful Stay in Saint Germain
We just returned from a lovely week in Paris! Communication was great leading up to our stay. We were greeted upon a arrival and given a quick orientation of the apartment. Everything was exactly as pictured, perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we possibly needed. The location was great, withing walking distance of tons of shopping and restaurants. Would HIGHLY recommend to friends and family and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Frederic!

Long weekend in Paris
This flat was perfect for our family of 5 during our short stay in Paris. The space is huge so we had plenty of space to spread out! Beautifully decorated and well appointed, centrally located less than a block from a metro stop but we easily walked to the river, Louvre, Notre Dame. Frédéric left excellent restaurant recommendations and had a friend meet us when we arrived to show us all of the amenities to the flat. A bottle of champagne upon arrival was much appreciated and a very nice touch!! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Wonderful Apartment
The owner had a friend meet us at the apartment to give us the key and show us all the amenities. We were happily surprise with the apartment. It was very spacious & clean. My husband even said "WOW I could see us living in an apartment like this" . The owner had his friend leave Champagne and glasses for us, bottle water in the bedrooms, coffee & tea for breakfast. The apartment in London where we had just come from was a lot more money and they didn't have anything in the apartment to drink or snack on. I must also mention the bed. I suffer from back issues and the bed in the main room was the best I have ever used while on any vacation. The dryer came in handy since we had to put all of our clothes in due to the horrible rain Paris was having. I want to mention the location, a lot of great restaurants near by, a lot for great shopping and very safe at night. I would definitely recommend this apartment and if I was going back anytime soon I would stay there again. Thank you, Ana

Wonderful place in an amazing location
The apartment is fantastic. It’s spacious and fully equipped with everything in the kitchen, towels, umbrellas, and even yoga mats. The location is also superb. It’s literally on a metro stop and across a grocery store. There are numerous bakeries and restaurants within your hand reach, and you are in the middle of all fancy shopping stores. It is also safe. There are two entries basically, both secured with doors and locks. The only con is creaking floors. I read it previously in one of the reviews but didn’t give it too much thought. Here is a thing - if you sleep the night - no worries. But if someone gets up at night, a person you are sharing your bedroom with is guaranteed to be woken up.

Pleasant well-located apartment
Spacious 2 bedroom flat centrally located in the 6th. Easy access to the Saint Sulpice Metro station. Shopping close by with Monoprix and Au Bon Marché both short walks away. The flat is quiet and inviting to relax after a day of touring. Our host greeted us with chilled Champagne, and with breakfast items and Nespresso for the morning. The host was easily available by WhatsApp and responded promptly. Would certainly return to this flat in the future. Thanks for the visit.

Wonderful location, apartment had some failings but overall a good pass
Two fans were welcome as not overly hot, but humid. Some dust & noise as ongoing construction so windows had to be closed during day. No working TV despite ongoing attempts. We had our own link which we used. No working safe. Some issue with a swish of gas ignition in kitchen, which turned out to be harmless but a little unsettling. It was the water heater igniting. Washer/ dryer all working. Carpet at entrance needs to be trimmed as it presents as an obstacle entering, it has to be rolled back to be able toenter apt. A simple fix, but it’s been on record this problem for more than a year. Owner is absent & all falls on the very hardworking Jimmy. Location was great & it was a warm welcoming space.

Great location
We loved the location, metro station across the street, 2 fun cafes on the block, with great restaurants & fun shopping all within a short walk. Our only complaint is that the floors were very squeaky & felt at times like they’d give way… spungy feeling in spots. Our daughter also woke up with flea bites from her bed & found what looked like dog hair on her sheets. Joy was very helpful arranging taxis for us & was so kind to chat with.

Great Location/Unlucky timing
First off - Paris is lovely. As far as our stay, perhaps we were just unlucky. We were not able to check at the stated time of 3pm, but Jimmy was kind enough to let us leave our bags until it was ready around 4:30. Communication from Jimmy (his local guy) was great. The dryer wasn’t working as you see in previous reviews too. His building isn’t particularly “warm” toward short term rentals and he asked that we not air dry clothes from the windows. But, he offered to pay our laundry fees at a local laundry mat. So that might be an option for you if you want to spend time doing that. There is construction in the building courtyard so we heard sawing and drilling noise in the morning and evening - again, unlucky timing. I asked the owner to modify our reservation for the last night so we could stay somewhere else (to use a working dryer and not hear construction noise) and he said nope. Once we figured out there was no way to change the reservation, we decided to make the most of it and not hassle with the owner. We opted to just stay busy out of the apartment seeing all of the beauty of Paris and just be at the apartment to rest in the evenings. There was no construction after 8pm or so and fans helped it feel plenty cool in the evening. I saw some reviews where people were kinda negative and the owner responded with “that’s not how it happened” type phrases. So, I’ll just chalk this one up to “bad luck” on our timing. Hopefully yours is better.
