It features two bedrooms, a very spacious bathroom and a large living room with a kitchen island. The property offers a lovely view, looking directly down rue Jarry.

This amazing 1022 sq ft / 92 sq m apartment features two bedrooms and is located on the third floor. The tastefully chosen furnishings are of the highest quality. The two bedrooms, contain high-end queen sized beds (160x200cm) and ample storage space. A very spacious bathroom with a shower and a large combined living room and fully -equipped kitchen complete the apartment.

The appartement is beautiful but during our stay there was a major water flooding coming from the ceiling in the main endroit and the living room. For 3 dans we had to empty buckets of water because we had no help or answer from the owner. The only person that came to se us was the upstairs neiborg. There was lors of mold in the ceiling due to the water damage. Horrible stay for us. We had to leave after only 8 out of 45 days.
