  • 2 steps from the Place de la République on the edge of the 3rd arrondissement in a beautiful renovated 18th century building. Large apartment on the 4th floor with small corner balcony.

    The place has 4 beds including; 1 double bed and 3 single beds.

    One queen size bed 160x200
    A children's bedroom area with a 190 x 90 loft bed, and a new 190 x 90 pull-out bed (2 sleeps).

    The kitchen / living room area has a new sofa bed (gray-green) and a modular table - extendable for 6 people.

    In good condition, very bright and very quiet, this apartment overlooks one of the most beautiful courtyards in the neighborhood.

    Apartment of character, charm of the old located in a very lively area with many shops, restaurants, shops near the Porte Saint Martin and the Porte Saint Denis and the Grands Boulevards to enjoy the Parisian Theaters and restaurants.
