This apartment boasts a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils provided. Small decorations create an atmosphere that feels just like home.  
The window opens in a quiet courtyard.

Deposit:  
A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed. This will be handled through our banking partner.  
Lease and Inventory Process:  
\* A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted.  
\* A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure.  
Check-Out Options:  
\* Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out.  
\* Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.  
  
Pet Policy:  
\* Pets are welcome for a monthly fee of €150 per pet (except Category 1 and 2 pets, which are not accepted), with a commitment to cover any damage caused.
