Discover this studio apartment on the 5th and top floor without elevator, located in a historic building in the Marais district. Renovated by an interior designer, this bright, walk-through apartment boasts a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Paris.  
  
With a surface area of 20 m², this rental comprises :  
  
\- a living area with a double sofa bed and dining area,  
\- a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge),  
\- bathroom with shower and WC,  
\- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, hangers,  
\- fan, carbon monoxide detector,  
\- TV, Wifi.  
  
Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10pm.  
  
Please note the following additional charges:  
Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €25  
Check-in between midnight and 6am: €44
