It was a great place for a family gathering. We took advantage of kayaks, cornhole, and pool table. Everything was clean, grass mowed, and fire pit ready to go. Very happy with the property and process. Thanks"

"We enjoyed staying in this cabin tucked away in the woods. Close drive to Virginia Tech campus yet it was secluded. The cabin was clean, the finishes were high-end and there was a fabulous deck off the back. We will definitely book again when back in Blacksburg!"

"I visited in the fall with some college friends for a game weekend, and had an incredible stay! The house is beautiful and in a great location, walking distance to campus and downtown. "We stayed for four nights over a long weekend with four kids (ages 11-18) and three adults, including my older mom with mobility challenges. It was comfortable and lovely. We were even able to drive my mom around the back of the house close to the lake so she didn't have to walk. We also visited Virginia Tech, which was an easy 40-minute drive. Would definitely stay here again."

"What a peaceful place to visit. Wonderful views of the river, which was mere steps from the house. Had everything we needed for a quiet getaway Thanksgiving. My husband, son and dog enjoyed exploring the river and nearby train tracks. An afternoon at VT was a short drive away. Will be back with our kayaks for warm summer fun. Thanks Frank!"
