9/10 Wonderful! (231 reviews)
Hotel was nice in regards to staff being welcoming. Hotel room was ok, the cleanliness of it was appalling. Very dusty, other people's hair in, on and under the bedding. Towels were all frayed. Dusty and dirt around the shower tray on the outside. Breakfast again staff were friendly but the Traditional English breakfast was not good, bacon well and truly overcooked, it states Cumberland sausage, it was not. Hotel is well situated to all the amenities but as for staying there, I wouldn't go again.

This is my fourth stay here and I absolutely love it! I always find myself coming back because there’s simply nowhere else like it. Such a unique hotel, perfect for kids and honestly the cosiest place ever. The front desk team are absolutely superb, always making you feel welcome. It’s also walking distance from anything you might need!

Really nice apartment, only about 10 min uber to the center or 30 mins public transport. The check in was so seamless and everything was as advertised. Would definitely go back again.
