It was a wonderful experience! All the staff were friendly, helpful, and had excellent communication. Jane at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, Ivan was very accommodating in assisting us to our room, and Nels the pool attendant was a pleasure to talk to. Housekeeping’s Ceejay was always quick to assist, while Jerome promptly resolved a hot water issue and later handled our check-out smoothly, even addressing our concerns with the manager. Special thanks to the whole team for making our stay truly memorable!

Nice enough resort.
Good snorkelling around the island.
Black out curtains are needed for the rooms as the garden lighting is really bright.
Food is ok.
Good place for a couple of nights.

I like the area where there are a lot of options for dining and grocery shopping. The hotel room is clean but very small and compact. If you can choose to stay during weekdays, it would be better as there are lesser crowds. Going to the beach is not straightforward. Guests have to collect bracelets and towels at the front desk and surrender their key cards as a deposit. The process could be smoother for guests. The policy should be for the convenience of guests and not for the hotel and their staff.

"The view was spectacular. I could see the ocean, the pools, and beautiful grounds from my balcony. We tried several restaurants, all of which were fabulous. Our favorite was Tea of Spring.
