Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel and staff were nice and professional. However, the only downside was our experience at the breakfast noodle bar. The staff member there was not friendly and appeared unhappy to be working, which left a negative impression. We hope the hotel management takes note of this, as such interactions can affect the overall guest experience and the hotel’s brand reputation.

Quiet location with great pool facilities. 2 pools , both with zero edge , point out to the sea. The breakfast buffet is first rate with many choices. Beach is not too swimmable as you need to go out 200 to 300 meters to reach a depth to your shoulder.

Enjoyed the beachfront access and had an enjoyable stay. We had some features in the room that was not functioning upon check in but was fixed once we raised a maintenance request. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Very accessible for those travelling with senior citizens. Overall really great holiday and will return in future!

The property is a 10/10 with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach is a bit dirty with plastic and seweed on the beach. The staff are amazing and friendly. The food is great but limited options s for a longer stay. We stayed 5 days. The surface at the pool was a bit weird. They never came around to see if you wanted anything. When you went to the bar they made you feel bad for coming to the bar and said go back to your seat and we will bring it to you. Overall, the really beautiful and I would recommend it

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern and spacious rooms that are well-maintained and comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning pool area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes and dietary requirements. The staff at the hotel were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist with any requests. Their hospitality truly made my stay more enjoyable. One thing to note is that the hotel is not located near the main attractions or the city center of Pattaya. You will need to arrange transportation, such as a taxi, to explore the city and participate in activities. Despite this, the serene and peaceful location of the hotel provides a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. Overall, I would highly recommend the Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Nice resort with a remote location

It is a nice and relaxing resort with a small private beach. Our room was closer to the end of the pool, there’s buggy service taking you to in and out your room from hotel lobby if you don’t want to walk under extreme hot weather. Room was very nice and spacious with welcome fruit and there’s enough complimentary bottle water replenish daily for our family room. The room is in good condition overall except the bathroom is a bit dated and you can see mould in the shower room and tap around the sink. The shower room has an odor and we have to run the shower for a bit to wash that smell off each time before using it. Restaurant serve a good variety of breakfast selection. We didn’t get the to try the restaurant - Pebble as it was fully booked throughout our stay. Hotel location isn’t ideal, as you would expect the closest 7-11 is 900m away without any shelter throughout the walk, no other shops or facilities nearby. I booked here for 2 nights stay before moving to the busy part of Pattaya. I still find it enjoyable and our family had a wonderful stay, we spent most of our time by the poolside

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel location is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and everything was well looked after. Mr. Johnny from FB was very nice and kind, always making sure we had what we needed. His friendly service made our stay even more special. We would be happy to come back again.

Fantastic place, fantastic bed, great facilities, great service. Felt like home. Restaurants are very good, private beach stunning, pools fantastic. It’s really paradise and excellent value for money.
