“My family booked a premium room at a wellness spa. This is not what we experienced.
Access to the room was via a narrow staircase into the loft. No hand rails. Narrow steps. Basic health and safety issue.
The room felt like a half converted loft. Curtains simply hid what was basically an area of junk.
The bunk bed for the kids has a large spike just above it. If a child where to sit up quickly i they would put a hole in their head.
The one loft window in the room is low down and……
