This is a modern business hotel located in a business suburb. We stayed on a Friday night and it was quiet and not busy. The parking garage was convenient and nice to have after a long drive. The hotel room was conventional and clean. They tried to make it interesting with some unique doors. For us, we wanted a clean and convenient place given we were not doing any sightseeing in Rennes. This hotel delivered and we were able to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner.

"The shower was the worst part no pressure water at all wifi was cutting on and off all the time the tv took about an hour to sort itself out the bathrooms floor was grim I had to take a shower with my flip flops. "Its a nice hotel. It is in a industrial estate. There is nothing near it. You have to drive about 10 to12 minutes drive to nearest town. The town is nice and a few nice restaurants in it.
