I commend the staff first and foremost for their graciousness and professionalism. They are superbly trained and will go above and beyond to accommodate a guest. They are patient, thorough and most of all friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Several choices, fresh and neatly displayed and the breakfast room was a lovely, peaceful start to the day. The tram into the centre was a mere steps away and despite the proximity the room was quiet. This place is a gem!

This is a hidden gem in Bordeaux, the hotel is conveniently located to the tram and 5 stops to the city center. On arrival we were welcomed by Brian who has wealth of knowledge of the area and was very kind. Brian really made our stay memorable he even assisted us in ordering dinner. Definitely will recommend the hotel to friends and stay here again when we return.

The owner was nice but the accommodation was not clean enough and offered no privacy - with the large windows looking on to the owners house and compound where the their American Pit Bull Terrier has free range. Three nights booked but we arrived late and left early the next day.
