“Everything from an easy early check in for an unexpected early arrival to the cleanliness of the room all the way to the amazing waitress that assisted me at Sophia’s restaurant on the premises was spectacular and can not wait to stay at this location again very soon!!”

“If you are looking for a nice, upscale hotel…this is NOT it. Door wouldn’t open to assigned room when I first arrived so had to be moved, no plugs to charge things, toilet had to be fixed mid stay due to it not flushing, stains on rug and chair, towel rack falling out of wall, water stains on ceiling. Good things- bed was comfortable (although person I was staying with disagreed), air conditioning worked well.”

“Was confusing at first when there was no desk clerk. Called the hotel and the reservation agent was very helpful.”

“Our room was filthy, visible liquids spilled all over bathroom walls, floors with tons of build up in corners and all over the trim. It looks like the floors have been mopped repeatedly with sweeping or vacuuming and everything has dried on the trim. There was no garbage can in the bathroom. The gentleman that checked us in was very short and rude when checking us in. Our shower was actually cracked in the bottom of the bathtub. The molding was disgusting. In some parts is was very yellow……
