We stayed in the hotel for five days and four nights, and the staff did not once come to clean our room, make our beds, give us fresh towels or take any of our garbage. The bed was extremelyuncomfortable and the bedding was so light, We were freezing cold, and the heater was so loud that every time it would kick in, we would wake up. You can’t tell from the pictures, but this hotel is right on the side of the very busy and loud highway. And the walls of the room were so thin you could hear the highway noise, and other guests, loud and clear! The room smelled of cigarettes the moment we stepped in and the floors were dirty. They did provide clean bedding and towels, as well as hand soap and shampoo/conditioner. The staff was very friendly and easy to get in touch with and there was plenty of parking. It served it's purpose of us just needing a place to stay but we felt unsafe leaving our luggage there from previous reviews so we had to bring it with us.
