"Staff on reception desk to greet us were so lovely. So friendly and helpful as was the bar man. Hotel is lovely- and clean. Its in a good spot for airport and if you hire a car it's perfect as a base. It is quiet around Theologos and you would have to drive or get a bus to busier areas."

"Shower in rooms was way too small. Could not turn or bend over. I hated it. "

"The location, view and service was fantastic, however the room itself was very tight and hard to move around in, it appeared bigger in the photos on the website. The shower was also very small and had no door and only had a hand held nozzle and water sprayed all over the toilet and floor. In order to use the soap you needed to turn the shower off, it was very difficult to shower because of this. It was also not very soundproof and we could hear our neighbours taking through the walls which kept us up at night as they were partying till 3am."

"Gorgeous property in a garden setting. I would have liked deep cleaning of atleast the bathroom during my stay. The other option would be to leave a broom and dustpan in the studio. Location is very convenient. Basic facilities but that was expected. More utensils needed for the kitchen and a toaster would be nice. Otherwise, staff are very friendly and helpful and it’s great value for money. I would be happy to stay again. "

"Our stay at Alex Beach Hotel was fantastic. The hotel offers good facilities, nice swimming pools, and good free entertainment on some nights (DJ, greek dancing and latin shows were great fun and interactive). Our double room with a kids' bed was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Beachside location and free beach towels were added perks. The food variety was good - far more than I expected and plentiful. Good pasta and pizza options for the children. My 4-year-old also daughter loved the ice cream choices at dinner and around the pool. Though sunbeds were limited, securing one before breakfast was easy. The hotel's location, less then a 10 minute taxi from the airport, was super convenient. The noise from planes never bothered us. I've been to all-inclusive resorts in the past and paid significantly more for lower quality. We didn't use the kids club, but my daughter loved the kids' disco, even though it was primarily in German – it's mostly dancing, so language didn't matter. What truly stands out about this hotel is the exceptional staff. From the bar staff by the pool to the restaurant and lunchtime servers, as well as the reception desk and cleaners, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Mattina in the restaurant and Panagoitis Panos, who took great care of us every day. The staff were always on hand, diligently cleaning and refreshing communal areas constantly. Also recommend renting a car from the reception desk to explore the island."

"Resort is definitely not 5 stars, but 3. Rooms are clean and kept very clean. Infinity pool is great. Location is very close to the airport so noisy. Food is disappointing. You must have a car to stay there. Theologos village is very close and lovely. "

"We liked that the property was spacious and brightly coloured. We liked that the property has its own beach and entertainment everyday. Our room was lovely and spacious too. The resort had nice shops (clothing and snacks/basic hygiene products) which was good. "
