“We enjoyed our stay. The location was great, direct beach access. Having two hot tubs and two pools, one for the adults and one for families was great. The bar offers food and drink service at the pool and beach. The unit served our family of 4, with two adult children, well. It is a little dated, but was well represented in the listing. ”

“The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. ”

“We did not have a beach view from our room. Pool was great. Never talked to a host that was all done through emails which was OK.”

“No balcony access The balcony was under construction so we couldn’t access it the entirety of our stay. This really should have been disclosed and felt deceptive, because we would not have picked a place without a balcony. Definitely would recommend requesting whether construction has been completed before booking.  Additionally, The air conditioning/heating unit didn’t work and would only pump cold air in, bringing the room down to 60° before we realized the issue (we were here in low Feb……

“Valet and front desk staff were very friendly. The check in felt a little chaotic at first but it was fine. We got through the check in line quickly and staff were helpful and efficient.”

“There’s a lot which could be said negatively about this property: There are far too few electrical outlets, and some of the ones which are present lack cover plates. (Code violation!!) There’s crown moulding falling off the wall. Half the elevators are out of order (it sounds like that’s been the case for a long time), resulting in ridiculous wait times. And what looks like inch-thick dust accumulated on the ceiling fan blades is appalling. There’s not much in the way of restaurants, unless……

“Host interaction was fine. Noise coming from utility closet outside of the left bedroom was loud and obnoxious. Left bed wasn’t comfortable. Pool wasn’t very clean, filter didn’t seem to be working and water level very high. Water temperature was great tho. Overall, not worth the price per night in our opinion. Needed 2 beds and 2 baths, so size was good. ”
