"At the check in we were offered upgrade but said to wait at the front desk more than 30 min just on the end to be told we are getting no upgrade as Expedia vip at all. The room that we had had lots of plumbing problems and room was not even cleaned correctly. Also no customer appreciation to make our stay better "

"Balcony doors need some maintenance... They were hard to open and hurt my foot. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Carpets need upgrade or change materials as it holds a strong smell. Also, AC unit needs maintenance. Lowered the temperature, but it wasn't enough to keep the room cold."

"Overall a very good experience and hotel. Its affordable and close to the beach, the breakfast is ok not amazing but there are so many places around that you could find good food. The property is clean and the staff’s are helpful. The rooms are tiny but again you can’t be expecting so much from a hotel that is in south beach, affordable and clean."

"Clean and paint your rooms. The view is excellent. Pool party was nice. Lobby is remodeled. The rooms have declined severely. I would pay $150 more per night for remodeled rooms. Its a shame because this hotel was a go to for us 7 years ago. "
