“Close to beach at end of strip. Pretty quiet area. Easy to get around. Very basic room but has what you need. Shared patio good for morning coffee. AC loud and lights super bright. Host texted me prior to issue with AC on unit and easily transferred me to another room before I arrived. ”

“The pictures do not justify the views. It’s one unit away from being at the very front of the building and the views are spectacular! You have both ocean and city views. The owner is easily reachable and if you need anything he’s there for you. This place is close to everything you need in the Brickell area. We’ll be staying again in the future!”
