“The appartment was what I saw on the advertisement beautiful spacious clean bedroom was nice bathroom was okay tub does not hold water when you're trying to take a bath and there is a garbage smell that reeks so bad I had to keep the patio door open don't know where the smell was coming from I try to locate it but it seem like something might be in the walls don't really know but did not like the smell, but overall everything else was legit. “I planned a last minute stay cation with my husband. We had an amazing time. We're from the area so we were local to everything. Everything is 10 mins away. Stepping into this room was like no other. We had a full on apartment. His and hers sinks. An open kitchen and large living room area. It almost felt like we were at home. “Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room……
