“The room and property was clean and easy to find with free available parking. Front check in desk wasn’t customer friendly it was more like everyone who entered was the same with a different number which caused a scripted robotic one way transaction because it was communication. “I checked in on 2/27 around 1AM. The evening attendant was very accommodating and even came outside to help me find a parking spot. I had a completely different experience at checkout. On Monday before the 11AM checkout I went to the front desk and asked the attendant if I could check out at 11:30. She said it would cost me to do so.
