“I booked two rooms and one of the rooms was not cleaned even after we told the front desk that the sheets were not cleaned manager did nothing about it. Told me that if I booked again I should contact him directly. Very poor management skills.”

“Nice pools and good location of you like walking., which we do. The happy hour is really fun and convenient. The only down side was that we paid for street view room, however when we arrived at check in, we were told our room was still being cleaned, we were told to wait about an hour - we did, and the room was still not clean. “This hotel is amazing. I chose a water view room with two bedrooms, a living room, and an open kitchen. The room was amazing and I loved it! The only downside was the shower had a very low flow, which made it uncomfortable, but we only stayed two days, so it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again on my next vacation!”
