"Pool was unusable as it was freezing, only one elevator per tower worked and that made moving around difficult. The location and view was the saving grace for this hotel for sure."

"The 5th floor spelled like a decomposing body or animal. The beds were hard like a brick. Bathroom had mold and mildew. The bathroom had no ventilation fan so bathroom stayed wet. No parking at the hotel. Parking was lot was full. "

"I was very disappointed. Rooms were small. Not updated as it should be. Looking old, carpet stains. Pillows had no support. Had to keep on asking for additional towels and washclothes for 2 people. Balcolny had cigarette butts when we arrived when place has no smokingpolicy. Pool was too small. All the extra we was rold never recekves Never will stay again."

"The staff was excellent. Very accommodating, friendly, went out of their way to assist. It was nice being in a smaller, more intimate hotel but enough happening to make the stay fun. very comfortable bar and lounge area as well as other groupings around the hotel where you could sit and have a cocktail. "Lovely Beach ,soft white sand blue sea so beautiful . All staff very friendly .Rooms nice and big lovely view of the ocean. Hot tub lovely and hot water . Suncream also available FREE to top up."
