"Clean room"

"She’s a bit old. The refrigerator and coffee maker in my room didn’t work, but they refunded my resort fee. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool but the air conditioning unit or something were so noisy we kept the door shut and hardly used it."

"Did not do breakfast. Girl at front desk Wednesday am was not friendly unless you appeared to be of Spanish descent. Husband said morning and she just looked away and ignored him. Spent tooo much time helping someone print their cruise documents instead of helping others check out. Room clean. Loud with elevator "

"This place is absolutely disgusting. Rooms are out dated and disgusting. Bugs everywhere. Holes in the doors and walls and ceilings, paint chipping everywhere. Elevator about to break. And their breakfast consists of cereal, cheese slices, tuna salad and white bread. They are also thieves. Do not waste your time or your money here. Run away. "

"The Catalina never fails when it comes to food but my stay this time was pretty average. My room wasn't ready on time and I felt like the gentleman that was checking me in showed no since of urgency. He just said have a seat and I'll let you know. After sitting for about 30 minutes with no follow up from him, I went back to the front desk and my room still wasn't ready. I think decided to go next door to Taco Taco and have a drink. Honestly, I feel like the drinks and an appetizer should have been on the house. Also, they need to stop advertising the free airport transportation, as this is no longer a perk for staying with this hotel group. "

"The Mondrian had all the appearances of a great place to stay for a weekend in the sun, but the devil is in the details. Checking in on a Fri, my room wasn't serviced until late afternoon on Sun. There was no body wash in the shower, though a space for one, so I used a bar soap. Then when I did get the servicing late Sun, a bottle with a very small amount was left in my bathroom but not mounted nor able to be mounted in my shower. There were smokers around the pool, and the smoking rules were not enforced. Yet any attempt to bring simply a water bottle to the pool was thwarted. The prices for the cabanas were very high, and thus many were unused. I would love to have used one but wasn't going to spend 400-500/day. The food at the restaurant was pretty decent but overpriced. Staff was generally pleasand and helpful, though name tags were not worn consistently, hence I can't really give them any shoutouts. One bright spot was the fact they provided free sunscreen at the bar, a lovely scented one at that."
