Windows in first room were covered by plywood outside and window film inside. Request to leave and get a refund on the first day was ignored. “Overall, the apartment is good and in a great location. It’s an older place but comfortable. The mattress might be a bit soft for most people, but the bedroom is generally cozy. The bathroom needs a renovation; while they keep it clean, the moisture and age are definitely showing. The water pressure is extremely weak. We also didn't like the extra insurance charge fee required before check-in—at the owner’s discretion, I suppose”

“Communication was great. The rental was one room, quite small and clean. Lots of towels. i had everything I needed. No view and window did not open, but the location was fantastic.
