Ocean Devotion located at 708 Panferio Drive is a charming 4br/3ba Pensacola beach house, perfect for the affordable beach vacation!  The house easily accommodates 10 people and allows a large family or two families the opportunity for a great beach vacation at an affordable price. 

The house is located in a family beach neighborhood with access to the sound/intra-coastal waters just steps away from the house.  Great views of the sound from the shaded front porch, always a nice water breeze, and a straight shot to the Pensacola beach in about a 5-7 minute walk.  The house has an open layout with updated kitchen, clean and modern decor, and neutral colors.

Great stay and location
The residence was very clean and located in a great spot. A quick walk across the street to the sound, which the kids like to go to. The beach was only a couple of blocks away, either a quick walk or drive to the beach. If/when we return to Pensacola Beach, we will book this house again.

Beach Trip with Friends and Family
What a great stay. The beach was great and the house is right there. We traveled with a group of my daughters friends and thought that we would have a lot of alone time at the house, but NO! the house was so great that the girls stayed with us most of the time. They cooked, hung out, played games and just enjoyed the company and the location. It really was a wonderful stay. We hated to leave. Deb was super nice and made sure that we had everything we needed when we got down there and the process could not have been easier. I really do recommend this house for a family or group. There is a lot of space and plenty to do and the location could not be better.

Celebrating my daughter's pregnancy with family and friends. Some came from far away and stayed. Some came locally and visited. It was a wonderful occasion. The house is clean, spacious, open and great for gathering.

This property was great for family gathering.
We hosted a small wedding reception at the property and everything was perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach & the bay. Internet worked perfectly. We didn’t have time for tv. Property information was displayed and very easy to understand. The microwave stopped working while there and maintenance was easy to contact. The deck was nice a definite plus, always a nice breeze. Would definitely recommend this property! Would rent again.

Great clean house, semi ok location, pretty views & clean, open concept.
Great, clean open house lots of windows & - semi view of “the sound” intercostal waterway. Love the toys & kayaks to use & all the outside showers to rise off sand. You can walk to both beaches. 5 min drive to shops and dining.

Ceiling fans needed!!!
The property is very nice! We enjoyed it. But the Jack and Jill bathroom toilet would stick when flushed and no instructions on how to use the shower in the same bathroom. Also ceiling fans are desperately needed for the deck especially in the seating areas. The bedroom closest to the laundry room had a very very hard mattress. A mattress topper had to be purchased. The sheets in the beds were great and doft. Check out is too early. Other than that it was great!

Great House
We had a family of 4 siblings and their spouses for a long weekend. The house was great and well stocked except the beach towels should have been included since it is located on the beach. Those towels take up a lot of space in suitcases especially if you are packing for a family with children. The agreement also states to bring your own paper products, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, etc. which seems a little excessive. Other than that, it was a great house.

Family vacation
We really enjoyed this property for our families stay. More than enough space for 6 of us. Loved that there was an outdoor shower and many beach must-haves such as chairs that were provided. Comfy beds, clean, and just a short walk to the beach. All we needed for a nice relaxing get away.

Family Reunion Time
We were looking for a low key vacation close to the beach. Lots of room for all to eat, play games, cook etc. Property is close to both the Sound and the Gulf. Very nice place

Great for groups
This property is the perfect location! Just across the street from the ocean and the bayside is just steps away. It was really nice having the kayaks and extra umbrellas and chairs for the beach! We did have to contact management for a microwave issue but were very quick to respond. Would definitely recommend staying here as we will again in the future!

Amazing property
This property was fantastic. We had a family reunion/memorial one day and there was plenty of space for our friends and family to get together and socialize. There were so many compliments about the property. Enough room for the kids to run and play and the adults to socialize. We stayed for several days and LOVED how easy it was to get to both the gulf and bay sides. My son (7) learned to kayak in the bay and has discovered a new passion! I took all 3 of my kiddos to the gulf side at night to hunt sand crabs and it was wonderful. A short walk back to the house, clean up in the outdoor shower and back upstairs to get ready for bed with no hassle.

Great Beach House!
I grew up in Pensacola, spent plenty of time at the beach, but had never stayed out there until this trip. This house is awesome! Lots of room, inside and out, everything you'd need, and a very responsive rental team. Check in and check out were extremely easy and the covered/lighted parking was a huge plus. Right next to the public access path (which has little traffic) so getting to and crossing Via de Luna is a breeze. If I were staying again, and longer, I might bring some beach chairs to make enjoying the uncovered portion of the deck a little more accessible. Would absolutely love to stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Nice beaches
The beaches were not crowded and very beautiful. Had a couple of grandmas that were very uncomfortable in the old beach chairs that they had. I would suggest to the owners to get new ones And possibly a crock pot so meals could cook while at the beach:) The beds were comfortable and it was nice and open so the family could gather all together comfortably as well.

Overall liked the house, the payment process did not go smoothly in my opinion, the requirement to put out trash and also take out all trash from house before leaving, and paying for cleaning did not make sense to me.

Family Beach Trip
This house was really cute and cozy except for a few minor negatives. The door keypad is very sporadic and it became a nuisance coming and going. There were no linens for the sofa bed and the after hours voice mailbox is always full. The guest beds are super small. It is s stretch to say it sleeps 10. Lastly the garbage disposal did not work and the master bath has a toilet that tends to run. With all that said, the decor was beachy and fun and the house flowed well. This house is also not equipped with cable or satellite TV ( no CNN, ESPN, HGTV)...
