On The Sugar White Sands of Pensacola Beach-

The TownHomes of the Regency Cabanas are located on the world famous Pensacola Beach, known for it's white 'sugar-like' sands, approx 150 yds walk to the beach. This small complex is located approximately 1 1/2-2 miles east of the busy hotel and restaurant area of the island, in a quieter residential neighborhood. It is a gated community. This unit is a 3 story unit, with a private parking garage. Unit G-11 is an end unit thereby minimizing noise. . The unit has been completed updated with granite countertops. New tile flooring,

The complex has 2 pools which are available to guests. As part of the Gulf Offshore Islands National Park & Seashore, the island is several miles long, offering shops, casual as well as fine dining and clubs. It offers several miles of undisturbed and undeveloped national and state park lands, great for those peaceful walks or bike riding. The Northern Gulf of Mexico waters as well as local bay waters, offer some of the best fishing (Marlin, Grouper, Red Snapper, etc) as well as excellent scuba diving (USS Oriskany). Visit Fort Pickens, a pre civil war Fort, which is now a National Park. Close by is the City of Pensacola, with an active downtown quarter, visit the historic Seville Quarter, with it's quaint shops, restaurants and nightlife.


Pensacola Public Fishing Pier: Want to fish in deep waters, but don't want to do it in a boat, Pensacola Beach offers an excellent Public Fishing Pier, as well as a fishing pier area on the bay side. These fishing spots abound in both small and large salt water game fish, such as; Snapper, Grouper, Redfish, Spanish & King Mackerel, as well as many other varieties.

Easter in Pensacola
Very good 2 story condo. It is not a high end destination but it is clean with new carpet and everything you need. It is as advertised and we would rent again if available.

We Won’t Be Back
The only reason I’m posting a review is to warn others. 1. We were not in contact with the the host until the day of while on the way to the property, and that’s because we reached out first. I went back and rechecked my emails and never received anything about the check-in process. 2. Everything felt nasty in the kitchen. There was an open syrup bottle I assume was for the guest. That’s kind of nasty, the dishes could use updates and the pots had old food stuck on them. The floors were also dirty. Overall you can tell the place has really been lived in👎 3. Our bathroom smelled like mold and the vents had water dripping from them. We contacted the host about it and were told that it was from the humidity, meaning nothing was going to be done about it. Moving on… 4. Oh and the master bathtub had mold in the corner of it. We had a 1 year old baby with us. How disturbing. 5. The place needs to be updated in some areas like the tvs, there were board games under the living room tv but weren’t playable due to not all the pieces being available. It felt like clutter. 6. And there were questionable red stains on the sheets both in the master and second bedroom. Dude I’m grossed out just from typing this. Overall we won’t be back. Too much money was paid for that kind of experience. I honestly don’t ask for much, I just believe that sanitation should be a number one priority in a place like that. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Wonderful Stay!
This is a great townhouse! With 2 pools available in the gated community and just a short walk to the beach; I’m not sure what else you could want? The only negative I can think of is the stairs. If you have to take out your dog a lot you will get a workout. The stairs seem normal in the area as everything is built on stilts due to concern of flooding. Bill was always just a a text /call away if you needed him.

My family and I had a great stay! The rental was well equipped and just what we needed!! Our pup loved running up and down the stairs, the garage downstairs was amazing for storing all our beach equipment, and overall a great townhome! Bill was great and easy to be in contact with. We hope to be back next year!!

Great Beach Rental
My family and I had an outstanding stay and we will definitely return! Our property manager was courteous and always available if needed. Close proximity to the beach and pool which was perfect for our kids. The rental had all the accommodations that was listed or that we needed. I highly recommend this rental to families looking for a beach vacation in Pensacola!

Felt like a home away from home!
Bill was very kind and accommodating! There was great communication throughout our stay and he was able to answer any question we had. The property itself is in a great location, a very short walk to the beach! And getting to town was a short and easy drive. Check-in was simple with the use of different codes for the gates and doors. The unit is spacious and clean, with plenty of towels and bar soaps. There is a Keurig and every possible pot and pan you could think of! The neighbors here were so friendly and very helpful! We would definitely recommend this property and will stay again. Thank you so much!

Nice property but need a few things…
The property is nice and very close to the beach. The interior is a little worn, the dishwasher is not attached properly and falls out when you load dishes on the bottom rack. And, there are exactly 4 drinking and 3 wine glasses! Not enough! The plates are very worn with the pattern mostly gone. The upstairs carpet could be replaced. So, just a few items would solve the shortcomings.

Great stay!
The location is great, a quick walk to the beach and a short drive to lots of restaurants and shops. You can see that they are updating the condo, with new flooring (pics do not show some of the upgrades). Some of the carpet and furniture was older, but super clean. The only negative was that the internet is not great, kicked me off many times. But serves me right for having to work while at the beach. Would rent again and recommend.

Not as expected
First the good: Manager was very easy to contact and we enjoyed the ease of entering the unit by use of lock codes. Nice area and close to the beach—short walk. Lots of board games and a PS1 if you care to play. Now the bad: AC was not working when we arrived. Contacted manager and he could only offer next day service and hope the unit was not too hot. Strong musty spell through the unit and with not ac just got worse. We had to leave the patio door and open the only couple of windows that would open. Repairman came next morning and found the filter to be, well let’s just say there is no way any air was moving through the filter. Repairman said it’s the worse he had ever seen as far dirt build up goes. AC gets fixed but the carpet at the top of the stairs is loose and one person almost fell down the stairs. Next the outside water hose (use to wash off sand) could only be turned on with a pair of vice grips conveniently left by the shut off valve. Lastly the top of the stairs closet was full of mold. Appears no one has made any attempts to remove. Mold obvious at air vents. This is a well used rental property with little to no care. We would not stay here again.

Enjoyable Beach Stay
We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean and the beach was convenient to get to which was important since we were only able to stay a few days. We used the larger pool which was nice as well. I do wish there was a shower by the beach access but the condo did have an outside water hose. Check-in was easy and Bill, the owner, even brought by some sand toys for our daughter which was nice.
