Enjoyable Stay
Very clean, beautifully decorated, cozy place. Very beautiful view of the bay and sunsets. Felt right at home. Very convenient location; close to restaurants and activities.

Very clean and quiet
We stayed at the early part of the season, so it may account for how quiet our stay was. It was nice to be away from the busy part of Pensacola Beach. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The "Sand Dollar" is very well taken care of by those that live there full time. Great stay!

Wonderful Weekend
This was the perfect place to relax after the weekend of wedding craziness! Amy is THE BEST! If we had a question, she answered immediately. The place was perfect, clean, and so convenient to the beach and restaurants. I couldn't recommend it more!

Everything We Needed!
Perfect for a quick trip for my 10-yr old and me. Having covered, assigned parking was super convenient and we loved that the condo was only a few steps away from parking - makes loading and unloading luggage and groceries a breeze! The patio was perfect for morning coffee while gazing out into the bay and beach access is a short walk across the street. The condo was clean and had everything we needed!

Beach Vacation
My fiancé and I absolutely loved the location of the property! Great access to the bay and close to many places to eat and drink. Communication with the host was easy and responsive with easy check in and check out. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing stay.

A Wonderful Stay!!
Adorable condo!! Impeccably clean and great location to the beach!! Communication with host was quick 'n easy and check-in/ check-out was a breeze. Loved the small but thoughtful touches such as travel toiletries, laundry soap, and a bottle of wine =) Perfect accommodations for our family of 3 and we look forward to staying again!

Pensacola getaway

Amy was a breeze to deal with prompt and responsive. The location of the property was very convenient for coming home after a day's work and going for a nice walk on the beach. Easy
The location was excellent, close to main area of restaurants and stores but not too close. Perfect spot for us or a couple with one or two small kids. Kitchen was well stocked and in great shape. Bed was comfortable bathroom was updated and in good condition. This unit had covered parking as well which was very nice. Would stay here again for sure

We are a family of 3 and this was our second stay at this condo. It is well stocked, clean and had everything we needed. We also love how accessible it is to the beach and restaurant. Hi, Thomas. I’m sorry the access was fenced off this go-around. Generally it is open between the Holiday Inn parking lot and the bird nesting area (which is fenced off).

Everything was in very good shape - exactly as pictured
The property is a nice quiet "out of the way" place, while also beingclose to the center of Pensacola Beach. We had a great time going to Peg Leg Pete's and then cooking breakfast the next morning with leftovers. We greatly enjoyed our 3 day stay.

For a short stay this was perfect.
It was too cold to get out to the shore And the view was limited. But, the accommodations were very nice. The extra touches, like a very nice bottle of wine, were especially appreciated. Comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen. Only issue was that the toilet kept running. I was able to get it to stop but it would start up again.

Home for 3 months!

Better than the hotel and half the price!
Check in was easy, unit was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for and more. Definitely made use of the washer and dryer, loved the extra pairs of beach chairs and umbrella. As quiet as the area is, it’s only a few minutes away from the beach and the tourist district. I’d definitely recommend it!

Would stay again
The condo was very clean. It was great access to the beach. Love the covered parking area. It was also nice in that it didn't feel wet. We have stayed at places where it was freezing and felt damp. We always worry about this. Also the owner was answered questions. Definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable and bathroom towels were great. Kitchen could use a measuring cup but was well supplied with pots-n-pans, bowls, dishes, etc. We will try to stay here on our next trip.
