RESERVATIONS: Guests can now make Online Requests for Reservations at Navarre Regency #405. All requests are subject to review and acceptance by Navarre Vacation Rentals. All Rental Requests are reviewed and processed within 24 Hours. Accepted Rental Requests will receive an email from Navarre Vacation Rentals containing a Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. It is very important that Guests Review, Execute and Return the Vacation Lease Agreement within 72 Hours of online acceptance.

** Guest failure to return the Vacation Lease Agreement within 72 hours of online acceptance may result in the Cancellation of an established Guest Reservation and the the property being rented to another Guest. **

All approved Online Rental Requests require Full Payment at the time of online booking acceptance.

CANCELLATIONS: Navarre Vacation Rentals does not require Guests to purchase Travel Interruption Insurance.

We encourage Guests to carefully consider if purchasing Travel Interruption Insurance might be beneficial. Guest Cancellations with at least 60 days notice prior to arrival are eligible for a Full Refund of monies paid. Guest Cancellations with at least 30 days notice prior to arrival remain eligible for a 50% Refund of monies paid. Any Guest Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is not eligible for any refunds and remains responsible for the full faithful financial performance of the Vacation Rental Lease Agreement.


Navarre Vacation Rentals maintains an island Office presence and is available to answer Guest questions or assist Guests during their visit.

OCCUPANCY: Fire Codes mandate that at no time may more than 6 persons be present in Navarre Regency #405. Occupancy Standards include all small children and infants. Property occupancy is closely monitored and Guest violations may result in Guest removal and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid.

Navarre Vacation Rentals is happy to assist Guests with identifying and selecting larger properties if needed.

AMMENITIES: Only Guests with Reservations at The Navarre Regency are pemitted to use the amenity features of the community. Guests of Navarre Regency #405 are furnished with (6) bracelets that must be presented for use of community amenities.

PETS: At no time are Guests permitted to have a pet animal present inside Regency #405 or on the grounds of the community. Violation of the No Pet Policy stated herein is subject to additional financial charges associated with repairs, replacements or pet remediation efforts and immediate Guest removal (Please See Rental Lease Agreement). Fines, if any, issued by the Homeowner's Association are deemed as billable charges and will be applied to the Credit Card furnished by Guest at the time of Check-In.

SERVICE ANIMALS: Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC is eagerly committed to assisting any Guest in need of a trained and certified Service Animal. We ask that Guests notify us of this need at the time of establishing a Reservation so that we may ensure all needs of the Guest are addressed. Documentation demonstrating Guests' current medical treatment and a licensed medical physician's prescribed need for a Service Animal may be requested in order to provide property Owners and Homeowner Association Officials with documentation substantiating the legitimate need for the presesence of an animal.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In an instance of a major mechanical failure in Navarre Regency #405 or Force Majeur, Navarre Vacation Rentals reserves the right to relocate Guests and substitute a comparable property.

RENTAL RATES: Rental Rates remain subject to change and should be verified by Navarre Vacation Rentals. Any Rate Quote supplied by Navarre Vacation Rentals is only valid for 24 Hours.

SMOKING: Navarre Regency #405 is designated as a NO SMOKING property. Guest violations may result in immediate Guest removal and additional financial charges associated with needed repairs, replacements or smoke remediation efforts.

Minimum periods for rental use of Navarre Regency #405 is based on seasonal rental demands.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer DVD players and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include showers and hair dryers.

Excellent Condo
This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Roomy, comfortable, and nicely updated/tastefully decorated. Property managers are amazing and made our stay so easy. Will definitely book this unit again.

Best Experience
Navarre Regency 405 was an absolute dream to stay in. Everything was clean and they were wonderfully accommodating, even when we had a minor incident with one of our children. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

One of the best
This is one of the best condos I’ve ever stayed in. The decor is beautiful and clean, and the overall layout of the condo is wonderful! Large master bedroom, spacious living area and largest balcony I’ve ever had in a condo! Hotel mgmt was very friendly as well. It was the relaxing vacation my husband and I needed after such a crazy year!

Perfect location close to pier and 98. Comfortable furnishings, well appointed kitchen (complete with bottle water dispenser), and even great shower amenities! We will definitely be returning!
