“The minute that you drive through the gates of Villa Rosi, you realise that you have found something special. The gardens are beautifully designed and well kept and the views across the surrounding countryside are glorious. The whole place was teeming with butterflies and bees. The hosts are friendly and clearly put a lot of hard work into providing excellent holiday homes. Villa Rosi is a small complex consisting of a main house and separate apartments carefully placed around the grounds to……

“Mia moglie ed io abbiamo trascorso 15 gg. a Capaccio Paestum nella simpatica, gradevole e ben attrezzata casa della signora Maria Antonietta riscontrando la presenza di tutti i requisiti elencati nell'annuncio (compreso il vicinissimo e molto ombroso accesso al mare). La vicinanza con gli antichi templi greci e con il museo ha inoltre reso la nostra vacanza anche molto interessante sotto il profilo culturale.”

“Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist großzügig für 2 Personen (geht auch für 4 P.), gut ausgestattet, schöner Außenbereich mit Dusche. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Netter Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer. Etwas hoch gelegen (ca. 380 m) , aber super Aussicht. Zum Ort etwa 7 min, zum nächsten Strand gut 10 min mit Auto. Sehr zu empfehlen.”

“Host was very nice, and the house is the perfect choice for small families with dogs. Antonio was there right away to show us the way to the house. It is located in a remote area, very quiet and peaceful. The locals are great, down-to-earth people, very helpful and friendly. Just like Antonio!”

“Big and beautiful With stunning views”

“Villa Rosi is a beautifully kept property with the most wonderful view looking down onto Agropoli and the Mediterranean. Gianfranco couldn’t be more helpful and is around almost all the time as he has a high-end carpentry business in the lower part of his house (take a look at his work). If you like good food Gianfranco will recommend some great restaurants within 30-40 minutes’ drive but be warned the roads are hard work to drive on and they make our roads in the UK look perfect by comparison!……

“We had a great stay, place is spacious, well equipped, and has a wonderful outside space and pool. Mr Giuseppe was very responsive and helpful. Check in / out was smooth, we got some great recommendations, and we were able to check in early and enjoy a beautiful afternoon at the pool. The house is located in a beautiful area and 1 week was too short to do all the things we wanted to do!”
