"Overall q quaint little boutique hotel in downtown Ouay. Great condition for a hotel over 100 years old. The continental breakfast was a nice addition. Pretty sleepy town that basically shuts down at 7:00 PM in September so that was a surprise. No real place to hang out other than in the room which was tiny. Overall pretty clean except for the shower / mold that needed attention. I pointed it out to the staff and that were shocked but planned to address once we left."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was great. Beautiful views of the mountains and the river right off the back deck. Fantastic location close to everything. Walk to the hot springs and downtown or along the river path. Everything we needed and more was provided in the townhouse. Very clean. Comfortable beds, plush towels, even robes. Property Management was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to go and what to do. I would recommend this property to anyone - adults as well as families."

"It was advised, and paid for a room with Queen size bed. It was a FULL size bed. That was a a big disappointment. We notified the staff as we were checking out, and they acted very surprised and they would check it out. I find it amazing that they truly don't know the difference between a Queen size bed, and a Full size. The walls are paper thin and you can listen to conversations in adjacent rooms, and we won't even mention physical activity, if you know what I mean. The room it self was/is great, if your willing to accept the negatives. However, it is very over priced. For what we paid, it's not worth a return visit."
