The rooms were large, nicely renovated and clean. Nice balconys too. Breakfast was pretty bland, no hot breakfast.

Was a little pricey, but i can understand with it being in Ouray and bighead Todd playing for free in the city park . Awesome room with balcony creek view and the walk to the park was along the creek trail, very beautiful. Not a big fan of the separated bathroom with the sink and mirror in the main room, but was okay. Overall it was a good stay with comfy beds

Rooms were clean and had a great balcony view of the river and mountain side! Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay! Breakfast was a little lack luster, but still had some of the essentials. I would recommend this property to friends and family!

The room was clean, and freshly remodeled. The creek view balcony was really nice. We slept with windows open every night with a nice cross breeze. The front desk hosts were both very pleasant and helpful. One of my better hotel stays in a long time.

Laundry was a nice bonus. Staff friendly. Breakfast was a disappointment. Beds were so comfortable. I was at this property in 2010 as well. Nice job

We'd stay here again. Balcony overlooking the creek was nice and a quick walk to the springs and trailhead to the perimeter trail, plus another trail loop on the river. Staff was awesome and beds were comfortable.
