The property is in the middle of the two train stations in Interlaken making it very convenient to go anywhere in any direction. Every place was within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was excellent. Everyone spoke english and no communication barrier. Included breakfast was very good. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very delicious. I didn't get to use the pool nor the sauna due to lack of time but it was great that option was available. Definitely recommend this place.

The breakfast was a great addition and delicious. Our room had a small balcony so we allowed lots of fresh air in and could hear the beautiful church bells ringing.

"A very nice stay in Biel. The room was clean and comfortable. They provided extra towels and coffee pods on request and the staff were very helpful. The only small issue was the sauna was not working properly as there was low heat but otherwise the stay was very good."
