"An excellent hotel option downtown Piatra Neamt. The staff was great, professional and friendly. The hotel is clean and the room was excellent, large, clean and with a nice view and a great bed. Everything worked well and it even had a safe available. Best location possible. A wonderful experience. "
"The property overall is quite nice. The owners are lovely. However, the washroom had a stench from poor plumbing and the sink was shattered, but glued together. Otherwise, the suite was spacious - it had balconies with a mountain view. I was not impressed with the property and would not recommend it. In fact, I would suggest that visitors find accommodation in Suceava where the airport is, and where all monastery tours start. Gura Humorlui as a location was a problem overall."
