My room, 210, was on the other side of the hotel. The room was literally terrible. There was one over head light that worked, the two bedside lights were as dim as candles. There were no usb outlets, in fact only two outlets in the room. No clock, they advertised a desk but there was no light or chair. The bathroom had a strong mold odor. The bed was firm. Pillows decent. The room was clean but it was ridiculously inconvenient. Other than that, it was horrible. There are many other hotels in Glenwood springs to choose from, don’t stay here.

Love it here. Very clean, beautiful views. Would have given it 5 stars if there was any kind of emergency lighting when the power goes out. Power company decided to cut power off for maintenance about the time we was walking up the steps. Pitch black.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was such a great hotel for our family. The kids had fun at the arcade. The pools were the perfect temperature. Hot tubs were great. We had such a relaxing time. My only critique would be that I wish the bar across from the arcade was open and our room didn’t have AC.

Check in was not easy staff was not that helpful! Room was ok but trash cans had not been empty! WiFi was a problem and staff was little help! Place had no ice machine and no place to store ice if there was!
