Breakfast on the balcony in the fresh morning air was very enjoyable. The property was easy to find and entry was simple. It was a great location for visiting Hohenzollern castle. "Absolutely first class communication. Could not have been more helpful. A very warm welcome on arrival. The property has the most spectacular view of the castle. The flat was SO clean and very well supplied. A nice outside area with loungers. On site parking. Some lovely special touches too- candles wine and chocolates. Great location for cycles walks and sight seeing. Highly recommend. "

"There were so many inconveniences that made the stay not worth it. The elevators were broken for 90% of my stay and I had to have my room changed when I arrived to avoid that conflict. Staff were not as welcoming and I was met with more resistance than anticipated on normal asks or processes. Food was subpar and couldn’t even get room service because my phone was not working. When reaching to front desk in person to get the matter taken care of, nothing was done. I had food that I asked to be taken by housekeeping and it was there for a day while I was away and when I returned I had to place the tray out side to get it removed."
