I was not at all satisfied with my stay. First the room had roaches, second, no hot water. Transferred to another room, this one had roaches as well, the sink was clogged wven though I had warm water, not hot. I fee feel as though the entire complex needs a make over. And you advertize TV service, I don't consider one channel as cable TV's.

Room was extremely dirty, very clear it was never cleaned prior to my arrival. Bathroom door was broken. Lock on room door was broken. Bed sheets were dirty from previous guests. Requested new room due to lock being broken and owner refused. Requested new sheets and towels, he took over 2 hours to bring me one singular towel that was not washed and simply thrown in the dryer for a few minutes. We checked in at 6pm and left by 8pm that same night. Never again will I book here again.

This was the single worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Highlights were: no hot water in my room, cigarette holes in the sheets, stains on everything, needle caps outside on the ground, and a RAT THAT ATE MY PIZZA and left a huge mess in the middle of the night! Listen, if you’re homeless and this is all you can afford, god bless you and I hope things get better. Everyone else, spend a couple bucks more and stay literally anywhere else, because this place was absolutely disgusting and horrible. Negative ten stars.

This place is nothing like the ad and photos shown. Room was disgusting. As soon as I walked in, I found the toilet seat on the floor, holes in the wall, terrible smells, and staff was unbelievably rude. Drunk and people on drugs roaming the property. I obviously didn’t stay there and booked another hotel far from this place. Shame on me for not reading the other reviews. Stay away!

This place was disgusting it looked nothing like the photos on the website and there is no complimentary breakfast, but thats fine because you wouldnt want to eat there. I switched rooms thhree times there was roaches and bugs everywhere. The sheets had burns on them and definitely were not cleaned. One room someone had defecated on the floor and it was left there. The smell was awful, staff at the offoce acted like he was doing me a favor he was very rude and unprofessional. There was no hot water in two of the rooms holes in the walls the place needs ti be shut down.

The first room the toilet ketp flushing every 30sec or so on it own and both room looks like third world accommodations. Now I understand for what I paid I should expect that but I’m sorry that is not the way to run a business

You get what you pay for. I do not recommend this place at all. Stay away from here, I am reaching out to Expedia directly because this hotel should not be listed on the Expedia website. It is Dirty, unprofessional staff, Room selected as (Non-smoke) they gave a room with terrible cigar smell, dirty carpets, toilet did not flush. The hotel also advertise CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!! :) that is not true. When I asked for coffee, they told me they stopped serving it after COVID. If you want to experience what is to be in a horror motel movie they go there!

I needed a room for 12 hours, and I booked this one for $45. I saw the terrible reviews and I was worried. I did all I could to not "look around". The bed sheets were clean. Would not recommend for anything other than a quick stop.

This was a waste of time. We stayed from Thursday (4/4) through Tuesday (4/9). On the first night we were there, a RAT got into our dinner while we were out doing stuff. Holes in the bathroom door. Roaches on the floor. There was no Wifi as promised. They also changed keys on us Monday Afternoon, leaving us locked out until we got a new key (like who does that?!) DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

There are no curtains on the window only towels to keep people from looking in. There were roaches crawling and some dead all around the room. There was a dead roach on my pillow just waiting to say hello upon arrival. There was cigarette holes in the bedding, there was no heat or air in the room to adjust the temperature. The toilet seat was broken, there was blood spattered randomly in the bathroom. The paint is chipping the volume did not work on certain TV channels, the fridge was dirty and there was no coffee, no water no ice machine no vending machine no breakfast nothing. The walls look like children did art projects on them

This is a terrible facility and is inhumane. Arrived right when my flight got in and was provided a room. As i was about to head to the room the staff member then provided a space heater because the heater was not working. Then got in the room and one of the beds was broken and tilting, the bathroom light didnt work the room was discusting and filthy. When i went back to the office to ask for another room, the employee said there were no rooms to offer me which made no sense because there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. I then went back to the room and my key card no longer worked. I got another key that worked but then left to get food for my son and I, and when we came back neither keycard worked again. Both my son and I felt very unsafe and dirty. We felt so unsafe that we had to go check in to a different hotel and was not offered a refund or another room and that is so customer service. My stay was paid for and because of our safety and hygiene I had to put money on another hotel without any compensation for this hotel. This hotel is not up to code and needs to be shut down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY. The pictures are very misleading and look nothing like the actual site.

Had several police and paramedics come in after I'd been placed in second room. First room featured a man in only his underwear in my room, which the front desk said was accidental due to "forgetting he was there". Friend along for trip had no furniture in his room and we were told "furniture is optional".
