The person at the service desk was very polite and gave us a heads up about the Television not working (black screen with wording, No Signal bouncing around). It was okay the room was decent size for a king. The sink in the bathroom leaks from the pipe, toilet would not flush all the way unless you held the handle down and prayed it would not overflow. My husband fixed the tv(which was a simple fix). When we checked out we let the person know at the front desk about the problems. They were very great full that we met them know and went right to the room. Just a heads up they do not do breakfast.

I was expecting much based on the reviews and I got about what I expected. The checking was advertised as being at 2pm but when I arrived to check in at 330 I was told the room was still not ready. I left and went to grab food and it was ready 45 minutes later when I returned. The front desk gentleman was friendly but unhelpful. I asked about Wi-Fi and was informed there was a guest network but it alternated between being iPad and requiring a asswird that he didn’t have. Once in the room it was obviously dingy and rundown. The bathroom was outdated and beat up. There was no refrigerator or microwave available. The room also only had one light, no lamps, and the majority of the electrical outlets didn’t work. This booking was a part of a 3 night trip for wrestlemania of which I spent the first 2 nights in Atlantic City and just committed to Philadelphia and I should done that for the third night as well. On the bright side the surrounding area was very robust with a variety of retail and dining options.

I want to cancel my order, this place have good points calcifications 4.5 but is fraud. I think is a really bad place to go never recommended!!. The receptionist in front desk gave me the 140 room number. this room was completely un-safe the air conditioning It doesn’t work, the shower do not drain full of water, the smoke essence impregnated in the room, the carpet was wet and also they had bugs, cockroaches including the bathroom and also in the ceiling. I couldn’t stay there more than an hour. I was trying to figure it out what I can do to resolve the situation because I don’t like the confrontation but I just leave the place an d try to cancel de reservation and the man in the front desk told me that was not possible I just think any human been don’t deserve this kind of place. I couldn’t believe that thing. At that place everywhere there I looked I just watched a mess it about something i couldn’t believe exist. un-safe sanitary conditions at all. the door double lock it wasn’t work too. I don’t want to continue. Just I was not stay there and I really don’t recommended absolutely not. I I want my money back.
