"I really wanted to like this place. From the photos, it looks like a desert oasis. In reality? More like a “has potential, but no one’s checked on it since 2007” situation. Let’s start with the room… “Worn” would be generous. The carpet looked like it had lived a full and complicated life and was ready for retirement. The back of the toilet was cracked (always comforting), the shower was rough, and the tile work was a mix of broken and stained. Even the bedding had seen better days. The overall vibe was somewhere between “dated” and “this room has definitely hosted a few questionable life decisions.” Sleep situation (aka unexpected midnight entertainment): Our 11- and 12-year-olds took the hide-a-bed, which—surprise!—started folding up on them in the middle of the night. It was briefly funny in a “well, this is a story” kind of way, but less funny when you remember everyone has a long day ahead. Nothing like a mechanical failure to spice up your sleep. The water park… This was supposed to be the highlight. Unfortunately, it felt just as tired as the room. Our kids—who are normally all-in on anything involving water—lasted about an hour before calling it quits. That tells you everything you need to know. Also, the check-in process for the water park? A mystery. There’s signage… somewhere… theoretically. We didn’t see it, walked in like normal humans, and were immediately stopped by a staff member who was clearly not having her best day. The whole experience felt more like "

"Actual room is does not modern and fresh like the picture. The photo was probably when the hotel was first renovated, and its definitely been a few years. It is a large discrepancy. The hotel shuttle also ONLY serves terminal 4."

At times the outside was not together w the garbage having empty pizza boxes and sometimes wet towels. It was a very busy time with visitors. The staff was very polite and helpful. we enjoyed our stay "
