My friends and I traveled from out of town to see ATEEZ at the Footprint. One of my friends has a mobility disability and the hotel was so accomodating. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Even though our reservation stated check-in is at 4pm, the receptionist was able to accommodate us with a room that was ready before 2:30pm. The place was well kept and everyone is friendly and courteous. The rooms and decor is very elegant. I would definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel located right across the street from the Phoenix convention center.

Stay was amazing, staff is friendly and helpful. They keep it very clean and it is in a great location in downtown to walk to chase field, footprint arena, convention center, and many more awesome places to go to! Highly recommend staying here if you have events to go to in downtown Phoenix!

AC is controlled remotely and I had to call 6 times in two days to have the temp turned down. Never did get as low as they said it would. Staff at the restaurant (B&B) was rude. Elevators were not all working but some staff was nice enough to help by letting groups use the staff elevator. Escalators were down. And water pressure is nonexistent
