Enjoy this beautiful, relaxing 4-bedroom home located in the Boulder Mountain Highlands of Mesa - gateway to state parks and the Tonto National Forest. Fantastic access to scenic views and ALL outdoor activities. Furnished to the tee, all details considered.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a private, gated neighborhood this spotless home offers a heated pool with many resident birds, especially hummingbirds.

Home offers 4 bedrooms including a king master suite that features double sinks, shower and walk-in closet. Additionally, three queen-bed bedrooms offer complete guest comfort. Full bath exclusive to the three-bedrooms, additional half-bath on the main floor.

Relax with a good book or a device for some quiet time in the formal living room while others enjoy a movie or games in the separate family room fully complete with leather furniture and a 70” TV.
Kitchen to Family Room offers an open concept floor plan so even the cook can watch football or baseball with the group!

Beautiful kitchen with a combination of stainless steel/black appliances, nice counter space and island for food prep. Tall top kitchen dining table that seats 4 and overlooks outdoor grass yard, pool, patio table and BBQ grill.

A separate formal dining room features a tall top dining table that seat 6.

The sunny weather affords the opportunity to enjoy the heated pool(winter months), lounge chairs, grass yard and outdoor entertaining area year round.

Full size washer and dryer. 2-car garage. Please note that the HOA does not permit street parking. Your vehicle must fit into the garage or driveway. (Most cars and pick-up trucks do fit.) No large truck, trailer or RV parking.

This property was just as described. It was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the neighborhood and the ability to be able to hike right into Usery Park. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely book again.

We loved our stay, the home was very clean, updated, labeled nicely and the pool was very inviting. We loved swimming, walking the neighborhood and shopping nearby. Highly recommend!

Great Family Summer Vacation

My family had a great time at this property. With 4 little kids, the property was great for them with the grass yard and gated pool. Everything was very well documented and marked to make it easy to understand the instructions and how to use the rental. The pool was great and the house worked very well with 4 bedrooms upstairs.

Snowbird getaway

My husband I rented the Boulder Mountain property for the month of February. Very quiet area, great walking/hiking outdoor activities. Listing is accurate description. Nice to be away from the busy areas of Mesa/Phoenix. Owners very responsive to inquiry and communicating if yard service, etc were expected. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our month long stay in Mesa! The neighborhood was very quiet and having the pool was wonderful!! Jim and Jan were very quick to respond to any questions that we had! Great Month Long Stay

Jim and Jan were extremely transparent and helpful. The home and pool were large and well maintained. We worked remotely for a month and had no issues with wifi as well as plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood is very quiet. Great stay.

Great house

We stayed here for a couple weeks while on a construction project. The house was perfect for 4 guys and our wives came to visit one weekend. The house has 2 big living rooms so perfect for kids in one and adults in the other. The pool is great and has a cool waterfall feature with a ledge you can jump off of. The backyard is huge and there's a bbq. The owner is very easy to get ahold of and they provide just about everything you could need for a great stay. Overall great place.

Practically perfect vacation rental by owner!

What a wonderful home perfect for our family of parents, newlyweds, and siblings. From the plenty of off-street parking, place to put our shoes, comfortable furniture, big kitchen and pantry with every needed cooking and cleaning tools and supplies, huge washing machine and dryer, bedroom with side tables and lamps on each side (the b/w bdrm picture doesn't show both, but they were there), plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels, big backyard and pool for family fun, we enjoyed every bit of this house. The location is great for a quiet desert stay with beautiful scenery and easy access to many walking areas and trails. Thank you Jim and Jan for sharing your home with our family.

Home away from home!

Jim and Jan have a beautiful home that was very comfortable and well equipped with anything you could possibly need!! The size of the house was perfect for our family staycation. We enjoyed their spacious backyard and pool almost every day with our kids and grandkids. Considering the circumstances of the pandemic and this being our first experience renting a VRBO we could not imagine having more gracious hosts than Jim and Jan! They were absolutely wonderful!

Our first Airbnb

Hi, our first experience with an Airbnb was wonderful. Jan and her husband were amazing to work with and was more then happy to let us show up early to there property due to we had to check out of our hotel by 11:00. There house was very nice and very family friendly. Our 18month old absolutely loved the toys they had available and absolutely loved there pool. We had a small plumbing issue our lastnight there which was a little stressful but Jan and her husband addressed it in a very quick manner and were very apologetic which they did not need to be as no one can predict plumbing issues. We are looking forward to staying at there property again. Would highly recommend staying here.

Jim and Jan were so easy to work with; any questions we had were answered promptly. We loved the location, quiet neighborhood, close to several grocery stores. The carpet has a few stains, but other than that, the home met all of our needs and expectations. We hope to be able to rent this home again in the future.

Safe, comfortable and fun house for families!

We loved this house so much! It had everything we needed to have a fun vacation with 2 small children (1.5 and 3 yo). The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to entertain plus it has a great bbq and outdoor dining set. Having the pool fenced and heated was perfect for the kids. Also, the house is equipped with some kid's books and toys (my son loved the cement mixer truck), a pack in play, a highchair and step stools for the bathrooms! Loved the neighborhood for early morning runs and super markets and drug stores are all within 2-5 miles (Target, Baschas, CVS, Safeway, Walgreens etc..). The new LG Washer and Dryer were quite nice too. My son came home from vacation wanting to still be at the "Arizona House" so it was more than just the adults that loved this place. Thank you!

Comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to hiking

We stayed for a month and found it to be great for our needs. We liked that it was a gated community. The neighborhood is friendly. It was just a couple of blocks walk to a trail which led to trails in Usery Mountain Park which is beautiful in the spring with the blooms. We did find a number of the nicer golf courses to be a longer drive than we liked because the house is in east Mesa. The development was perfect for walking our dog and he met many other "pups" in the neighborhood. Desert Arroyo Park is next door to the development through a gate by the nearby grade school and was another favorite place to walk our dog. A plus was the backyard has grass which our little Havanese loved and was a bit of "home away from home" for him. Basha's, Albertson's and Safeway are all within 10 minutes of the house. The kitchen had many staples including spices, flour, sugar and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Cleaning supplies, detergent, and toiletries were all supplied. The only reason we did not give it a 5 star is the downstairs carpeting is stained and soiled and it was difficult to tell if the vacuum cleaner was actually "cleaning" when we used it. Jim and Jan were very prompt in answering all of our questions and resolving any of our concerns.

Quiet and Comfortable Home Away From Home

We spent ten days at this lovely home while visiting Mesa to celebrate a wedding. It was extremely well organized with all of our needs met. The sheets were soft, towels fluffy, and the beds were cozy. The master bathroom was spacious as well as gorgeous. This home was very tastefully decorated and the furnishings both beautiful and comfortable. We were able to spend a few afternoons on the delightful porch watching the hummingbirds, quail, and dove. The kitchen was very well equipped and organized. This home provided us with the opportunity to rest and unwind from our hectic wedding schedule and spend quality time with family. We are hoping to visit again someday and will plan to take time to explore the walking trails in the area. Thank you so much.
