They assigned us a room with leaky faucet. Didn’t inform us ahead of time that they were going to send a maintenance guy over so we were very surprised when a guy with no badge or identification just showed up to our room. The guy came and go several times (first to check on the leak, then left to get his tools, then left again because he needed to get parts from the store). In the end he left behind his tools and dirty shoe prints in the bathroom without having the leak fixed. When I asked to switch to a different room I was told they were fully booked. The front desk staff did come and clean up the mess. I think they were probably short staffed. The next morning I had to get toilet paper from the front desk (because the room wasn’t well-stocked to begin with) and had to wait several minutes before someone attended to us.
