The atmosphere of the hotel is very cozy and classy,The staff are really welcoming and helpful for everyone,Shout out for Zoey,Sun and especially Henry I noticed that He is very nice and friendly to each of the guests whose coming and always makes us at ease when we stayed in the hotel! Concern for everyone! I do appreciate all the employees!!!

The staff went above and beyond. I couldn't believe how lovely, friendly and accommodating the staff were. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. I only wish I had more time here. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know who visits Hanoi. Much love

"To start with all photos were very misleading, city view was a window from another building around 3-4 meters away from outer window, Breakfast paid for was 10 minutes walk from the hotel, no variety -another misleading photo.
