8.6/10 Excellent! (24 reviews)
The keyless entry system was new to me. I was apprehensive about it first. It took getting used to, but once I familiarized myself with the code and the system, I thought it was better than having a physical key.
The receptionist, Julie was excellent. She was very helpful in navigating my way through the downtown area, she knows Florence very well. She advised of the best restaurants to and what places to explore. She was very patient and pleasant. The breakfast included was light and good. The cafeteria attendant was also pleasant.
I did mention to the hotel manager that a washcloth, included in the hotel the linen would be a plus. I had to purchase one on my own to complete the linen set.

Extremely unprofessional staff, very uncomfortable and squeaky beds, and very noisy rooms.
Overall one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (82 reviews)
Great location. Historical building. Rooms were stunning. Lovely breakfast box delivered daily. Nice staff. The only negative is the roof is €250 per 2 hour booking, which I didn't expect, and would have been a reason for booking. Hence 4/5.

"Ein schöner Ort zum entspannen. Wir waren außerhalb Ferien und Haupturlaubszeit. Somit war schön ruhig. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön gestaltet. Sie besteht aus mehreren Häusern in denen jeweils 2-3 Wohnungen sind. Um uns herum Olivenhaine. Unser 77qm Apartment entsprach nicht mehr ganz den Bildern, ..."
