“Giovanna was amazing! Night one, our flights were cancelled, so we got in late and she stayed late to check us in. The view and sunrise over Isosa Bella was so beautiful, I didn't want to leave. Breakfast every morning was delicious! The staff was so warm and welcoming. She also helped arrange a friendly taxi on days where it was too hot to walk up the hill to town and when we had our wedding ceremony. I recommend this to anyone for the value of the experience!”
“Great place clean and location was great . Only issue was the noise from the street below was a bit much . People enjoying themselves to 1-2:00 am and then the dragging of chairs and garbage pick up . The doors to the balcony’s should be changed to sound proof this would make the stay more enjoyable as sleeping was hard with all the noise below .”
“The staff was great, the hotel is nice. They have updated the place nicely. The issue is that the building causes the rooms to be small, and the bathroom is very small. Calling the place a "suite" creates false expectations. The only issue they could address is giving more privacy on the patio/deck. Currently, the only thing separating the patio/deck from the neighbors is a very small/short potted plant.”
