“The room we received didn’t look like the rooms we reserved from Expedia, it was very small and very simple!!! we felt like it was a fraud. No water in the rooms, the rooms were very far from the entrance and the dining room. We received a second floor room even though my mom is old and we asked for a closer room with no stairs and they refused.
The food at the from was good.
No free towels for the swimming pool or beach.
Very disappointed, this is not a 4 star hotel!!!”
