“We had a nice stay at Villa Oasis. The beachfront setting was lovely, and we especially enjoyed the neighboring town of Letojanni, which had a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The complimentary bikes were a great touch, and the staff was amazing, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Just note that getting to Taormina requires a bus or taxi. Our biggest complaint was the bed and bedding, which were uncomfortable and below what we would expect for a hotel in this price range. Overall, Villa Oasis……

The entire property from the main entry to the rooms are very dated and worn (not in a historic way but in a totally unfashionable, very faded way). Pure ugly. This property has no host and essentially no amenities. The window views of the photos give a sense of an old-world, charming hotel. This is what we expected. We made an uniformed decision to book based upon the name, a significant price point, the view photos, and reviews……

“Super sauber und angenehme Kommunikation. Allerdings stinkt es unerträglich aus dem Bad nach Abfluss. Auch nach Bescheid geben konnte daran nichts geändert werden. Das Schlafzimmer war direkt am Bad und man konnte kaum angenehme schlafen. Und die Lautstärke von draußen ist richtig heftig. Unfassbar hellhörig an der Hauptstraße. Das Bett war auch sehr unbequem und die Matratze durchgelegen. Es war gut geputzt und es wurde immer sehr nett per whatsapp bei Fragen etc geantwortet. ”

“The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. There is a lovely view of Mount Etna when we opened the shutters in the morning. The pool is very inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers.”

AC der med efter et par timer kan køle det meste af lejligheden ned. Både køle og fryseskab, samt vaskemaskine i badeværelset. Alt pænt og vedligeholdt. Største udfordring er parkering. Der er ikke tilhørende p-pladser til lejligheden. Parkering skal foregå på gaden og man skal holde nøje øje med hvor man må parkere og hvor der kun……
