"This was a lovely stay. We had a beautiful room with a wonderful view. The room was spacious and the bathroom was as well. 10/10 stay. I would recommend. "So, we booked this hotel because of the location near Isola Bella. Hotel is not updated, does not have parking, although there is paid parking lot adjacent but not connected to property and only open 8:30am to 7:00pm. Cars/motorcycles noise all day/night, and very limited parking to even get your luggage on and off, your car or taxi, and no walkway to walk to funicular/beach: you have to walk in the street with cars/motorcycles speeding by your side. For me it was stressful. Funicular to the nice Corso Umberto Street is 5 blocks away and costs $8 euros each way. All that said, if you booked any sea view room, from your balcony you have one of the best views of Isola Bella island and the hotel was walking distance to the beach. We ended up staying another night in Taormina, but we moved to a great hotel near Corso Umberto street with another great view but near restaurants, shopping, splendid views and attractions."
