“If you need a hotel with stunning views and great access to the cable car, this is the place. The staff's response is immediate. For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. Because of this, even tipping the staff was not an issue. Water was replenished every day. The only downside I would suggest is that they should consider organizing additional wine tastings on-site.Beach……

“Walls were chipping paint. No elevator. Didn’t mention that in the Expedia description. Manager was difficult to coordinate access with after messaging several times the day before our arrival. Instructions were last minute on how to check in. Upon departure, I was messaged that I owed another $15 for a resort fee of some nature. Had no documentation to that affect. The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. “Super sauber und angenehme Kommunikation. Allerdings stinkt es unerträglich aus dem Bad nach Abfluss. Auch nach Bescheid geben konnte daran nichts geändert werden. Das Schlafzimmer war direkt am Bad und man konnte kaum angenehme schlafen. Und die Lautstärke von draußen ist richtig heftig. Unfassbar hellhörig an der Hauptstraße. Das Bett war auch sehr unbequem und die Matratze durchgelegen. Es war gut geputzt und es wurde immer sehr nett per whatsapp bei Fragen etc geantwortet. ”
