"Le sol du logement n'était pas propre. La dame de l'accueil (la plus ancienne) n'était pas agréable, elle fait des remarques, devant les clients, à un jeune homme faisant parti du personnel. D'ailleurs nous le remercions pour sa rapidité d'intervention pour la climatisation."
